We want you to feel good about your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Trial period
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. You can cancel during the trial with no charge.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period begins. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you already paid for; you will not be charged again.
3. Refund exceptions
We will issue a refund in any of the following cases:
- You were charged after cancelling but were still billed in error.
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a billing system bug.
- The Service was unavailable for an extended period (more than consecutive 24 hours) due to our error and you contact us within 30 days.
- Required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@secondhalfos.com with your account email, the charge date, and a brief description. We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5\u201310 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve issues directly and faster than a chargeback. If you file a chargeback for a transaction we believe is valid, we will respond with supporting evidence (Terms acceptance, usage logs, this Refund Policy).
6. Partner Program seats
Partner Program seat-bundle purchases follow the same monthly, non-refundable rule. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; seats remain active until then.
